Regulations
To ensure that everyone has a wonderful time there are a few rules:
- The Tot Spot is an unsupervised indoor playground. Parents or caregivers are responsible for thier children at all times. All children must be supervised by an adult, or person's 16 years of age or older. The Tot Spot is not responsible for injury resulting from unsafe or careless use of the play center equipment.
- Socks are a requirement for play, everyone, including adults, must remove footwear. Socks will be available for purchase should you forget.
- The Tot Spot is a nut-conscious enviroment. As such no outside food or drink is permitted on the premises, unless previously authorized by The Tot Spot. Exceptions will be made for infant foods and bottles.
- We encourage all hands to be disinfected with hand sanitizer before entry to the play center.
- As a courtesy to other guests please ensure you and your child are free from any contagious illnesses when visiting The Tot Spot.
- Children are not permitted to eat or drink in the play areas. There are designated eating areas. For your comfort, adults may enjoy food and beverages throughout the facility except in the play structures, although please be considerate of waste and ensure that items remain out of reach of children.
- Children must go down slides feet first.
- No rough or horseseplay permitted.
- No chewing gum allowed while playing as it is a choking hazard.
- The Tot Spot requires a $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to reserve your child's birthday party. Balance of the party to be paid at the beginning of your scheduled booking time.
- No alcoholic beverages or smoking is permitted within the facility.
